     Dear Stakeholders,
I am working on gathering information for our 2013 Annual Report.  Therefore, I am requesting information about you and your organization’s petroleum reduction in 2013. 
Each year, Capitol Clean Cities of Connecticut, Inc. requests information about alternative fuels, vehicles and fuel reduction strategies in Connecticut. The survey provided requests information about your vehicles and fuel reduction practices for 2013.
     You can choose how to submit your answers:

    Your information will be used to report Connecticut’s use of alternative fuel and petroleum and emissions reduction practices and to track the benefits to our state. Your participation in this report is critical to the mission of the Department of Energy’s Clean Cities program.

Please take the time to answer the questions and submit to me no later than Friday, February 28, 2014. 

The data provided by you is very important as it is a measure of the progress of alternative fuel and vehicle use, and fuel reduction strategies. In the absence of hard data, please don’t hesitate to provide estimates. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about this survey.
